Security Camera System Service and Maintenance Package PACKAGE A: (Camera Package) Includes: (1) Outdoor Orbit (1) Dinger Door Camera (1) Wireless Router for Wi-Fi Internet (100MBPS) Installation and equipment cost: $299.00 Monthly cost of $109.99 for 60 months. PACKAGE B: (Camera Package) Includes: (1) Outdoor Orbit (1) Dinger Door Camera (1) Wireless Router for Wi-Fi Internet (200MBPS) Installation and equipment cost: $399.00 Monthly cost of $149.99 for 60 months. FiberTel will install and maintain the system while under contract. The equipment and wiring will have a 100% replacement warranty for any defects while under contract. FiberTel will visit twice yearly to clean, adjust, or program changes at the customer’s request, included in the monthly cost. These packages are offered to customers within 10-miles of FiberTel’s address. Packages can be customized for customers outside of the 10-mile radius. Excluding: Causes of nature and malicious damage. Installation Exclusions: Installation doesn’t include any conduit or raceway, if needed, additional cost will apply. Installation doesn’t include 120v power for equipment to plug into, if needed, additional cost will apply. Installation doesn’t include a rack or shelf if needed, additional cost will apply. Installation doesn’t include cut, core, patch of walls or floors, if needed, additional cost will apply. Additional trips over 2 in one year will be billed at the cost of $105.00 per hour in 15-minute intervals. Plus, a $105.00 trip charge. Any additional work and materials out of the scope of the agreement will be billable. This agreement will remain in effect, unless either party cancels for any reason. Termination requires 60 days written notice by either party. Early termination will require full payment of the remaining monthly payments due. Payment will be due on the 1st day of each month, with the first monthly payment and installation and equipment cost due at signing. Customers must provide a credit card to be placed on file for the monthly billing. Note: Cancelation of this agreement will default our service rate to $225.00 per hour, plus a site visit fee.
